Stower Grange Hotel - August 2022

All the feels
When I arrived at Stower Grange to capture the bridal prep Rachel was brimming with excitement and couldn't wait to walk the aisle and marry her soulmate.
The ladies were joined by Rachels sons and nephews who were revelling in the buzz of the morning. and preparing for their special roles in the ceremony.
I was lucky enough to witness the moment Rachels eldest son saw his mum in her veil for the first time.... and there was not a dry eye in the room (myself included) It's moments like this that make me remember exactly why I love my job!

Rachel and Andrew's traditional wedding took place at Ringland St Peter's church on the most gorgeous summers day. Despite the vicar having covid the ceremony went off without a hitch. Rachels eldest son walked her down the aisle with the biggest beaming smile, he was bursting with pride.
Rachel and Andrew soaked up every moment, often sharing little reassuring smiles and giggles between themselves, it was clear to everyone in the church how head over heels the pair are!

Fun and Games
After the ceremony it was back to Stower Grange for the all important reception. Everyone enjoyed a pimms in the sunshine on the lawn with the country house making the perfect backdrop.
For those who didn't want to sit and relax in the sun the new Mr & Mrs had arranged for some garden games to be laid on in the hotel garden. This is one of my top tips fot couples who want some really fun candid shots from there day..... Keep your guests entertained! Us photographers thrive off emotions, reactions, moments..... if everyone is just sat down waiting for their dinner it doesn't make for magic images.

Congratulations again Rachel & Andrew
