From the second...
I spoke with Meg & Jordan I knew their wedding was gonna be amazing. The brides to be described their vision for the day as colourful, happy, emotional and very family orientated. Meg is a keen photographer herself so it was a real honour to be hers and Jordans chosen photographer!
M & J chose the unique backdrop of the Norfolk Tulip fields at Hillingdon for their pre-wedding photos, which fitted their colourful vibe for the wedding to a tee. Some of their engagement images were incorporated into their decor and order of service for the wedding, such a lovely way to share your images and always makes me do a little happy dance seeing my images in print!

The morning of...
the wedding at the beautiful Warren Estate, Maldon was super special. Lots of family were buzzing around and helping get all those final details organised and ready to go. I am a huge advocate of doing your wedding your way and LOVED that the brides to be had ditched the tradition of spending the night before/morning of the wedding apart. I have often expressed that this was one of my biggest regrets from my own wedding having slept a total of about 2 hours in a hotel away from my home and husband to be!
After spending the morning together getting glammed by Vivienne make up and their hair styled to perfection by Lovely Wedding Locks M & J took to separate rooms to get into their stunning gowns which were just perfect and although different complimented each other so perfectly.

First Looks
With Meg ready first she descended the stairs to whoops and claps from her tribe before being ushered out to the grounds to await her bride to be for their very own first look. Next up it was Jordan's time to shine as she gracefully made her way down to show off her gorgeous gown.
The brides first look with each other was one of the most emotionally charged moments I've ever had the joy of capturing, after lots of tears and an overwhelming feeling of love and two families coming together it was finally time for the couple to say I do!

The "I Do's"
With the couple both having large families and wanting to honour them with special roles in their big day, their tribe of bridesmaids, best men and flower boys went first and little Finn stole the show spreading the petals beautifully with a big grin throughout. The brides then took turns to walk the aisle arm in arm with their super proud dads. The ceremony was full of personal touches and nods to those special to the couple from the music by Megs family, the personal service from Jordans friend right down to some of the most beautiful and emotional personal vows I have ever heard.

A moment for the new Mrs & Mrs
After the ceremony we took a little time away from the celebrations for the new Mrs & Mrs to take in that just married feeling! Meg and Jordan were an absolute delight to photograph, so head over heels in love and happy with the most undeniable connection. We also were lucky enough to spend some time with Jordans second love of her life... Albus the horse. I've had a fair few weddings with furry friend guests however this was a first for me. Albus was so well behaved especially given that he was in recovery from a serious injury.

Congratulations
Congratulations again Mrs & Mrs F, it was an absolute honour and joy to photograph your special day.
