Lets talk about "second shooters" I have recently decided to include two photographers in my most popular wedding package... Why you ask?
Well in simple terms, two photographers are better than one. When I photograph a wedding solo I can obviously only be in once place at a time, I can tell your story (and tell it really bloody well) however it is from a single perspective.
Having an additional photographer adds another dimension to the story, together we can document both of you getting ready in the morning - I always express to couples not to underestimate the importance of the wedding morning preparation. It is such an emotionally charged time, the anticipation, nerves and excitement fill the room and I often find some of my favourite images from a wedding day are created in this time.
More Candid Shots
I'm sure you have heard it a thousand times already but you're wedding day will fly by so quickly and there are parts of the day you will miss.
The magic of having two photographer's is we can capture more of these moments. Whilst I whisk you off for your group shots, my second photographer will hang back and focus on all the candid shots of your guests to make sure you don't miss a thing!

Alternative angles
Having a second photographer capturing those alternative angles allows me to portray your day from both of your perspectives.
Guests Arriving
Again this comes down to me only being able to be in once place at a time. If morning prep runs smoothly and to schedule (which I'll be honest, this is a rare occurrence) then I can shoot off in time to document the arrival of your guests. Having a second photographer can guarantee these shots!
